Do I need an account to play?
No. Sonaze has no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device.
Is Sonaze free?
Yes. It is free to download with optional in-app purchases: coin packs, diamond packs and Remove Ads. You can also earn coins and power-ups by playing.
I lost my progress. Can you restore it?
Progress is stored on your device only, so deleting the app or resetting the phone removes it. Email us with your device model and what happened, and we will see what we can do.
How do I restore Remove Ads on a new device?
Open Settings in the game and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that bought it. Coin and diamond packs are consumables and cannot be restored.
I bought something and did not get it.
Restart the game with an internet connection first. If it still has not arrived, email us the order number from your Apple or Google receipt and the product name.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Request one through the App Store or Google Play order history.
How do pulses work?
The maze stays hidden until you send a pulse. Tap for a normal pulse, double-tap for a heavy pulse that reveals farther but is louder. Enemies hear pulses, so use them sparingly, and save BURST for emergencies.
What are the different enemies?
Patrollers walk a route and investigate noise. Lurkers sleep until a nearby pulse wakes them. Chasers hunt you once they hear a pulse. Sentinels sleep until woken, and Callers alert every other enemy when they spot you.
What do the power-ups do?
Radar Ping reveals the maze for 3 seconds at the start. Second Chance respawns you after one catch. Path Finder highlights the route to the key and exit. Extra Time adds 20 seconds on timed levels.
Why do I see ads?
Ads fund the free version. They begin after you have played a few levels. Remove Ads turns off everything except ads you choose to watch for rewards.
How do I change my privacy or ad choices?
Open Settings in the game and choose the privacy options. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy.
The game is laggy or crashes.
Update to the latest version, close other apps, and restart your device. If it continues, email us your device model, OS version and what you were doing when it happened.
Which devices are supported?
Recent Android phones and iPhones. Older or low-memory devices may run slowly.
