Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and CodeNova Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Sonaze ("the Game") you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
1. Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the rules of your app store.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are under that age, use the Game only with a parent or guardian's permission. The Game is not directed at children under 13.
3. In-app purchases, coins and virtual items
The Game is free to download and offers optional purchases, including coin packs, diamond packs and Remove Ads. Coins, diamonds, power-ups and cosmetics are virtual items that have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are governed by their policies, and refund requests must be made to them.
- All sales are final unless applicable law says otherwise.
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to the store account that bought it. You can restore it on a new device with the same store account from the Game's Settings screen.
- Remove Ads turns off ad formats other than ads you choose to watch for a reward.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads, and you may choose to watch rewarded ads in exchange for in-game benefits. Rewarded benefits, such as coins, extra charges or ad-free periods, are limited and may change.
5. Progress and data
Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the Game, change devices without a backup or reset your device, you may lose it. We do not guarantee that progress can be recovered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, modify saved data or game memory, exploit bugs, or use bots or automation, including to post scores on leaderboards.
- Interfere with ad delivery, purchase verification or any other part of the Game's normal operation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the Game's source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercialise the Game or any in-game items.
7. Leaderboards and fair play
Leaderboards run through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games and are subject to their terms. We may remove scores or restrict access where we believe fair play rules were broken.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise the Game will always be available or free of errors.
9. Feedback
The Game has no user-generated content. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Game, free of charge and without obligation to you.
10. Intellectual property
The Game, including its art, sound, code, characters, name and logo, belongs to CodeNova Tech or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms give you no ownership of any of it.
11. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Sonaze is a horror-themed game with tense moments and sudden events; play in a setting that suits you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
You may stop at any time by deleting the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there will have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept it.
